Yes the bike is pre-assembled. The only thing you need to do is take it off of the pallet, and adjust the handle bars to your liking.

Is the 49cc or 110cc street legal in North Carolina? All the specs are the same as a moped just the body is different.

Yes, you will need to attach mirrors to the bike in order to license it though. The X-18 super bike is only available with a 110cc engine.

Very good company to buy from. There are so many rip offs out there. Got bike as described. Changed out shipping oil and checked all nuts and bolts. Put ngk plug in and tuned carb and idle now runs perfect going to get it registered tommorrow. Few things gots broke in shipping and they are sending me the replacements parts.

Yes, the X18 bike comes with a certificate you fill out, which you should than be able to exchange at your local DMV for an official MCO. Actual X-18 super bike dimensions (L)56" x (W)24" x (H)33".

Is the X-18 Street legal in the state of Tennessee ? I know that I have to put mirrors, and a licence tag holder on there, but is there anything else that I would need to do ?

Please check with your local DMV for licensing requirements in TN. As far as we know you should be good to go.

Thanks. I checked on it. For anyone else that is interested in this bike, this bike is legal, as long as you add a license plate holder (for the plates), and get mirrors for the bike.

The US has stopped allowing the super bikes into the states due to the turn signals on the bikes and the speed. The turn signals are being removed from all super bikes, and a speed limiter is possibly being installed on the super bikes being imported into the country. When we have a better update we will post it here and on our twitter page which can be found on the home page. We do not have an ETA on when the super bikes will be in stock, but know we are doing our best as is every other online dealer to get super bikes back in stock for our customers. We appreciate your loyalty and hope you check back periodically for your chance to get a new 2010 X-18 super bike.
